I am one of those people who truly enjoys designing and building process plants.

 

I started as an apprentice sheet metal worker and worked up to being a project manager at an oil refinery, designing and building everything from flower pots for little old ladies to $65MM process plant expansions.

 

My career has been mostly with small organizations and facilities with limited resources - often as the only mechanical engineer - learning not only the technical and management skills required to design and build the projects, but also how to work with all personality types to do what needed to be done.

 

I have saved my employers millions of dollars, allowing them to use those funds to expand their businesses, rather than pay the costs of a major design and build contractor.
